Shipping Policy

How long does it take for my order to ship out?

We will ship out the product as soon as possible, usually same day or the next business day. For drum orders and bulk orders, please allow at least 2 days for shipping to occur although we will try to do same day shipping. If there is a longer delay due to an unforeseen occurence, our customer service team will contact you and keep you informed as to the delay.

Please note that Denatonium benzoate will only be sent via UPS and only to vetted customers.

What are the expedited shipping options?

If you would like to expedite a shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to try to accommodate your needs with extra shipping options except on weekends. Please be aware that expedited shipping does not include Saturday delivery. Please note that any expedited shipping options chosen after 2pm will ship out the next day usually unless otherwise told by our customer service team.

Where do you ship your product and where do you ship from?

We ship to domestic customers in the United States, including Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not ship internationally.
